The best starting point is purchasing the Starter Package — it covers pattern digitizing, grading, and marker making for your first style. After purchase, you'll receive an email with instructions for submitting your materials. If you have questions before starting, you can book a 15-minute discovery call to discuss your project with our technical team.

For Pattern Digitizing, you'll need to mail us your physical paper patterns. For Pattern Grading, you'll provide a base size pattern file and your grade rule or measurement chart. For Marker Making, you'll provide the graded pattern files and fabric width specifications. We will guide you through this entire process after you start your project.

You will receive a Gerber Accumark Zip file and a DXF-AAMA file. Both are formatted with the correct layer structure (Layer 1 outline, Layer 11 internal cuts, Layer 30 drill holes), ensuring zero-rejection compatibility with Lectra, Optitex, Tukatech, PAD System, and any CAD platform that accepts standard DXF imports. All files are ready for immediate production use.

The standard turnaround for the Starter Package is 7 business days (Monday-Friday). Standalone services like Marker Making can be faster (1-3 days). Rush scheduling is available as an add-on for a 5-day guaranteed turnaround. For extremely urgent timelines, contact us directly to discuss emergency options.

One revision round is included with the Starter Package. If you review the files and need a fit or spec adjustment, simply contact your Technical Pattern Lead directly and we'll process it immediately. Additional revision rounds beyond the first are available at a flat rate. We prioritize getting your files perfect for your factory.

Absolutely yes. All projects are handled with strict confidentiality. We have NDAs available upon request, and our file handling process is structured to ensure your designs remain secure and are never shared or reused. Your designs are 100% confidential from the moment we receive them until after delivery.
