Smart Pattern Making is a premier provider of industrial-grade pattern engineering and CAD architecture. We serve established global brands and high-volume apparel enterprises that require absolute precision. Our core service packages are high-ticket investments, averaging $6,599 per project.

We are seeking a Digital Copilot—a partner to build, scale, and maintain a systematic Email & SMS revenue engine. We are moving away from traditional agency retainers in favor of a 10% Performance-Based Revenue Share.

What We Are Building

We are not looking for "email blasts." We require a self-sustaining ecosystem that automates the B2B customer journey. Your primary responsibility is the implementation and maintenance of:

• The Automated Conversion Engine: Full build-out of "Factory-Ready" flows including High-Value Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart/Browse sequences, and Post-Purchase nurturing.
• Long-Term Nurture Architecture: A systematic 60–90 day educational sequence that positions Smart Pattern Making as the only choice for "Zero-Rejection" manufacturing.
• Database Hygiene & Deliverability: Weekly systematic list cleaning, dynamic segmentation, and domain reputation monitoring to ensure 100% inbox placement.
• The Feedback Loop: Continuous A/B testing of technical copy and layout to increase the "conversion floor" month-over-month.

Operational Guardrails & Legal Protections

To ensure a professional partnership under California law, the following standards apply:

• Attributed Revenue Only: Commissions are paid only on sales tracked via Last-Click attribution within our CRM/Shopify backend.
• Project Cancellation Clause: If a client cancels a project or a refund is issued, no commission is due. We only pay on finalized revenue.
• Infrastructure Sovereignty: Smart Pattern Making retains 100% exclusive ownership of all customer lists, creative assets, flow templates, and account data.
• The 45-Day Performance Window: Partnership is subject to a "Proof of Concept" period. If no attributed sales are generated within the first 45 days, the agreement terminates with $0 liability to Smart Pattern Making.
• Meticulous Documentation: All reporting, coordination, and strategy must be conducted in writing. We do not conduct phone calls or unrecorded meetings regarding channel management.

To be successful in this role, you must manage the "Invisible Assets" that most agencies ignore:

• Technical Accuracy: All copy must reflect our "Manufacturing Intent"—no marketing fluff.
• Factory Integration: Ensuring our email systems accurately represent our Gerber, Lectra, and Optitex compatibility.
• Lead Scoring & Routing: Implementing systems to identify and "Fast-Track" high-volume brand leads to the top of the funnel.
• Regulatory Compliance: Strict, proven adherence to TCPA and CAN-SPAM regulations for all outbound SMS and email channels.
• Asynchronous Reporting: Providing detailed, written weekly reports on list health, flow performance, and A/B test validations.
