At Smart Pattern Making, we offer digitizing services exclusively for duplications or copies of original designs or patterns provided by the customer. We do not accept original, one-of-a-kind designs for digitizing.

Data Protection and Destruction:

Upon completion of the digitizing process, all duplicate or copied pattern pieces provided to us will be destroyed using secure and confidential methods to ensure data protection and confidentiality.
In the event of project cancellation, all duplicate or copied patterns in our possession will be destroyed. We do not return any patterns to the customer.

Customer Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for retaining their original designs and ensuring that only duplicate or copied patterns are submitted for digitizing.

Packaging Instructions:

To submit patterns for digitizing, customers are advised to package them securely by utilizing 2 pieces of cardboard or a cardboard tube.
