Within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation with direct instructions on how to send your paper patterns (via mail) or existing CAD files (via email). You will be connected directly with your Technical Pattern Lead, who reviews your specs before we begin the 7-day standard turnaround (Monday-Friday).

This package includes one revision round. If you require a structural revision to the base style after delivery, we offer a streamlined revision process to update the grading and re-nest the marker quickly so your production timeline is never compromised.

Yes. If your brand grows to need multi-style digitizing, full-range grading, and markers for up to 6 sizes per style, we offer a seamless upgrade path to the Complete Production Package. Existing clients receive preferred pricing on upgrades.

Yes. If your production run requires more than 1 style, you may be a better fit for our Production Expansion Package, or we can provide a custom quote. We scale our services to match your production scope — existing package holders receive preferred pricing on additional styles and services.

Yes. The standard turnaround for this package is 7 days (Monday–Friday). Adding Rush Scheduling moves your project to the front of the queue with a guaranteed 5-day turnaround.
