Smart Pattern Making is a premier provider of industrial-grade pattern engineering and CAD architecture, serving established global brands and high-volume apparel enterprises. We're looking for one Independent Agency Partner to design and run our Email & SMS revenue engine — on a pure performance basis.
What We're Building
We're not looking for "email blasts." We want a self-sustaining system that automates our B2B customer journey from first click to signed production order. As our Agency Partner, you'd own:
- The Conversion Engine: Welcome series, abandoned cart/browse flows, and post-purchase nurturing built for high-consideration, high-ticket buyers.
- Long-Term Nurture Architecture: A 60–90 day educational sequence that positions Smart Pattern Making as the trusted choice for precision manufacturing.
- Database Health: List hygiene, segmentation, and deliverability monitoring that keeps our sender reputation strong.
- Continuous Optimization: Ongoing testing to improve conversion, month over month.
How Compensation Works
This is a performance-only partnership — no retainers, no hourly billing. You earn a commission on the new revenue your campaigns generate, tracked through our CRM.
- 10% on new customer orders your campaigns are directly responsible for bringing in.
- Consistent per-project upside: with an average project value of $600–$800, conversions add up quickly across a healthy pipeline.
- No cost to start: we cover the core ESP subscription — no setup or management fees on your end.
Full attribution rules, payment timing, and program terms are defined in the written Partner Agreement provided to selected applicants.
Is This You?
This program is built for an established, independent agency or freelance operator — not an individual seeking employment. We're looking for a partner who:
- Operates as a registered business (LLC, corporation, or equivalent) and works with multiple clients.
- Has built and maintained high-ticket or B2B email/SMS systems before — bonus points for manufacturing, industrial, or long sales-cycle experience.
- Brings their own tools, platforms, and working process.
- Communicates clearly and in writing — we run this relationship async, with detailed documentation over calls.
- Understands technical, no-fluff copywriting for a manufacturing audience.
